I have never read any stories by Edgar Allan Poe before, and I don't really like to read horror stories very regularly, although around Halloween I like to. From a classic horror writer I would expect lots of death and for them to be really descriptive about certain scenes that are more likely to scare people. Horror stories make my skin crawl, and If I am reading them at night, I can't fall asleep very easily. From what you said, we will be reading "The Tell-Tale Heart" and I don't really know what that's going to be about. It sort of sounds like it's going to be about a heart that tells stories or something like that. I don't know, though. I have read a few sort of scary stories, Harry Potter, for example. It isn't horribly scary, but it describes the scary parts really well, and it makes you stretch your imagination to imagine some scary things. I am excited to read the book by Edgar Allan Poe.
